FELDENKRAIS METHOD® AWARENESS THROUGH MOVEMENT Awareness Through Movement (ATM) is the group component of the Feldenkrais Method®. The practitioner leads the class through a sequence of gentle movements that help participants to improve motor function, increase self-awareness, and facilitate ease and efficiency of movement.

MEDITATION All levels and ages. Mindfulness practices cultivate the mind in open, clear awareness by focusing on what is happening in the present moment. Calm your mind, observe your thoughts and emotions and learn ways to perceive and reduce pain and discomfort.

THERAPEUTIC FITNESS Our Therapeutic Fitness class is for beginners and people recovering from injuries. It is a combination of strengthening, stretching, coordination and balance training under the watchful eye of the instructor.
